Jesse R. Binnall is proud to represent clients in commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense and constitutional law. He has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.

Parker is a dedicated litigator with a strong commitment to Constitutional Law, particularly the First Amendment. Before joining Binnall Law Group, he was an active advocate for free speech and conservative causes on college campuses, notably through his work with the Young America's Foundation.

Matt is a committed, scrupulous advocate for justice for his clients. He assists clients with federal and state litigation and governmental and business matters.

Prior to joining the Binnall Law Group, Shawn’s practice focused on administrative regulation and litigation on behalf of the U.S. Government. He has defended the interests of the U.S. Government in both civil and criminal matters before federal district and appellate courts.

Stephen has represented clients in both Federal and State Courts at the trial and appellate levels in a wide array of civil disputes involving federal statutory rights, eminent domain, contracts, construction, labor/employment, personal injury, and real estate.

Jason joined Binnall Law Group as both an experienced litigator and trial lawyer. He has worked as staff and panel counsel for some of the largest insurance companies in the country and has taken numerous cases to trial.

Molly McCann is “Of Counsel” with the Binnall Law Group. Her practice focuses on appeals and litigation concerning federal civil rights and the United States Constitution.

Lindsay is a passionate litigation attorney who is dedicated to zealously representing her clients. As a mom, she is committed to protecting the rights of students and ensuring the best future for each of her clients.

Ben is a dedicated litigator with a passion for justice. His practice areas include constitutional law, civil litigation, and civil rights with a specialization in Title IX. He also assists clients through internal and administrative investigations, including Title IX investigations at schools and universities.

Jared is a zealous litigator whose practice area includes constitutional, commercial, and civil litigation. As an experienced trial lawyer, Jared’s passion is defending the rights and reputations of others. Jared is also a published writer, writing on various constitutional issues facing this country. 

John Sullivan is Of Counsel who brings 30+ years of law firm and in-house counsel experience in various capacities managing litigation and compliance.
