Parker is a dedicated litigator with a strong commitment to Constitutional Law, particularly the First Amendment. Before joining Binnall Law Group, he was an active advocate for free speech and conservative causes on college campuses, notably through his work with the Young America’s Foundation.
Parker earned his J.D. from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University in 2024, where he served as President of the Republican Lawyers Association and was an active member of the Federalist Society. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Kentucky. Parker is licensed to practice law in Virginia.
